Pair of pooches gets a real treat
Volunteers gave two Des Moines dogs more than just a fenced-in yard Sunday. They gave them freedom.
About 40 volunteers with The Fence Project of Des Moines built a fence for Peanut and Shy, whose owner, Pat Anderson, is a paraplegic who has difficulty letting them outside.
