ARL cuts adoption fees to meet its space needs
When Karter met Sassy, it was love at first sight.
“I want to bring her home,” said 3-year-old Karter Valadez, as the cat, Sassy, rubbed her head on his side.
And that was exactly what Karter and several other visitors to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa did on Tuesday and Wednesday.
