Russian visitors see ‘clean, green’ Des Moines
Des Moines is clean and green.
That description comes from one of the Russian delegates visiting Des Moines this week.
“It shows the members of City Hall and of the government like their city,” said Andrey Dzhatdoev, city administrator of Stavropol, Russia, who spoke through an interpreter. “Otherwise, the city would look another way.”
